The Folletto models in the 120-121-122 series have a very particular type of attachment for the accessories (tubes, nozzles, brushes), almost rectangular/oval in shape, without release buttons. Later models introduced the "button" or "click" attachment.
The AD adapter is used to: Use modern accessories: It allows you to connect the electrified flexible hose, the hard floor brush (HD), or the "Picchio" (for sofas and mattresses) of newer models to your old VK120. Extend the life of your Folletto: If you have broken an old hose or an original brush that is no longer easily found, with this adapter you can buy spare parts from the new series (easier to find and often more efficient) and continue using your vacuum cleaner.
