the configuration that is shown in the image is the simplest for a connection to your electric motor and allows a clean job without too many electric cables that are seen. the choice of cable is made according to the cable conduits if they are near each box; or vice versa if there is not a predisposition you must connect the power cord to the nearest power outlet and then with an exposed system: first you will have to "peel" the tips of each single unipolar cable 220v (phase ground neutral) in order to free the internal cables from the external protective plastic. now that all the individual cables are in sight you just have to peel 1 cm. of each so you will be ready to connect.
to block the connections you can use a 5-pin mammut terminal block or a closed-type forbox hood clamp.
